Online Payment Outage May 15-22
Online parking ticket payment will be unavailable beginning at 5 pm on Wednesday, May 15 through Wednesday, May 22 as the Parking Department transitions its software to better serve campus. We strongly encourage you to pay citations prior to May 15 to ensure that all holds are clear prior to the service disruption.
During the outage, holds must be paid in the office or over the phone.
Important note: If you are paying tickets to release a towed vehicle, you MUST contact KU Parking & Transit!
