University departments who wish to provide parking for their visitors may arrange for a parking meter or a stall to be reserved for $24 or they can request portal use to purchase daily parking for their guests .

A rush fee will be assessed for requests made less than two (2) business days' in advance of the date they are needed. (Parking rule 2.4)

We're Eliminating Paper Visitor Permits

We are pleased to be able to offer a new self-serve Departmental Parking Portal for LPR/digital permits! In order to transition to using the portal, departments will need to fill out a form for user access, and then you will be contacted to set up user training.

Bonus: Permits purchased in the portal will be charged the hourly rate (a la garage toll prices), instead of the daily rate, so switching over will probably save you money!

Parking for Large Groups / Events

In addition to the Department Parking Portal, we can set up your large group or event as "self service" for your attendees to register their license plates prior to their arrival on campus! To set up your next event, fill out our Event Request Form.
