Temporary Parking Lot Closures at Stadium

In partnership with KU Athletics and Facilities Planning & Development, some parking lots adjacent to KU Memorial Stadium will be temporarily closed as part of the stadium renovation and Gateway District construction project.

Please note the following closure details and make alternative parking plans if you typically park in an affected lot:

Temporary football parking area

  • Parking lot will be closed for stadium construction.
  • The closure is permanent until the stadium project is complete.

Nov. 13-15Parking Lot 57

Yellow faculty, staff and student permits

  • Approximately 20 spaces in Lot 57  will be closed.
  • The upper section of lot 57 will be open and can be accessed from the North entrance.
  • After lot 57 is reopened, the access road on the South side of the Indoor Practice Facility will be closed for one day for paving repair; however; all lots will remain open and accessible from the lower lot 57 entrance.
