ParkMobile Issues
At the current time - August 28, 2024 - ParkMobile has been disabled for use on campus due to ongoing issues with the platform. If you've had multiple charges from ParkMobile go through due to errors, please contact ParkMobile's customer service at 877-727-5457 or use their online support form.
To pay for parking via phone, please download and use the Passport Parking app linked below.
Use a mobile app to conveniently pay for parking in select parking lots and parking garages. Look for a ParkingApp.com sign with a zone number. When paying with a mobile app, enter the zone number posted on the sign and your license plate information.
The hourly cost of paying to park via a mobile app is the same as long-term meters ($1.50 per hour). The hourly cost of paying to park via a parking app in the campus parking garages is the same as the regular cost ($1.75 for the first hour and $1.50 for each additional hour).
Note: The mobile app charges a convenience fee on each transaction. The fee is displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.
Mobile pay allows you to add time to a meter remotely by phone instead of having to return to the lot to manually put in more coins. You also can choose to receive text message alerts when your time is about to expire.
